The video is actually two videos of my body superimposed on each other, then effects were added. I took the shot from above me, while I moved around in a large beanbag. The end images, after being superimposed and overlayed, with additional color effects, resembled some sort of alien butterfly creature. The original idea was to create four of these and have them all playing simultaneously.
